750 ml fles Multi Trigger PET transparant 28.410750 ml fles Multi Trigger PET transparant 28.410 is een ovale fles welke dankzij het stevige en glanzende PET-materiaal gebruiksvriendelijk en aantrekkelijk is. Door de transparante kleur is de fles volledig doorzichtig en is de vloeistof in de fles te zien, als deze gekleurd is zal de kleur door de fles heen schijnen. Sluitingen:De fles heeft een 28.410 sluiting, voor deze schroefnek hebben wij perfect passende sluitingen welke al meerdere jaren als combinatie worden gebruikt.
Deze hebben wij in verschillende kleuren op voorraad in ons magazijn in Groningen (Nederland). Materiaal:PET (Polyethyleen-tereftalaat) is een stevig en transparant kunststof dat zeer breuk- en valbestendig is. Dit maakt het een uitstekende keuze voor producten die veilig en onbeschadigd moeten blijven. Bovendien heeft PET een goede water- en zuurstofbarrière, wat de houdbaarheid van je producten verlengt. PET is goed bestand tegen alcohol en etherische oliën, en in het algemeen tegen een breed scala aan chemicaliën. Het is niet geschikt voor sterk zure of alkalische producten.Maximale Temperatuur:PET is geschikt voor maximaal 50 graden. Lange tijd blootstelling aan deze temperaturen kunnen alsnog de flessen beschadigen en of vervormen. PET is recyclebaar en daardoor weer te gebruiken om nieuwe verpakkingen mee te maken.Voedselveiligheid:De fles is voedselgeschikt en een uitstekende keuze voor bedrijven en particulieren die op zoek zijn naar een betrouwbare verpakking. Te gebruiken voor het afvullen van levensmiddelen, dranken, cosmetica, schoonmaakmiddelen, farmaceutische en chemische producten. Alle grondstoffen die wij inzetten, met uitzondering van de gerecyclede HDPE producten, zijn goedgekeurde grondstoffen volgens diverse Europese en Amerikaanse voorschriften welke in contact mogen komen met voedselproducten.Vorm:Onze ovale flessen zijn plat en rechthoekig, de randen van de fles zijn afgerond waardoor wij de fles als ovaal inschalen en niet als rechthoekig. Als we naar de bodem kijken is de fles plat en breed, met afgeronde zijkanten zonder een recht stuk aan de zijkant. Ook de voorzijde en achterzijde van de fles hebben een lichte ronding, de flessen krijgen hierdoor een zachte vriendelijke uitstraling en hebben een breed zicht veld voor een etiket of bedrukking. REACH, BPA, ISO
All raw materials that we use for not recycled products are approved raw materials according to various European and American regulations, which may come into contact with food products. The most common terms are REACH, Bisphenol A (BPA), and ISO.
REACH
Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) is a regulation of the European Union, EC No. 1907/2006. These regulation requires the registration of chemicals. The Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) is part of REACH. According to statements of our production partners and our current knowledge, substances mentioned in the Candidate List of SVHC for Authorization are not present in concentrations above 0.1% w/w in the products we offer and are not made from recycled material.
Bisphenol-A (BPA)
Bisphenol-A is a substance that is/was used in many different products. With regard to packaging, it can occur in products made of, for example, Polycarbonate or PVC products, we do not offer both types. BPA is on the SVHC list which is linked to the REACH statement and is therefore regulated in the EU. The raw materials used by our production partners are free of BPA according to the statements of our production partners and our current knowledge. ISO ISO is a worldwide name for recording/documenting quality standards. In addition to the ISO, a country can also impose its own standard, such as the NEN inspections in the Netherlands. Almost all our production partners are ISO 9001:2015 compliant and many have ISO-5001 Energy Management.
PET
Recycled PETE or Polyethylene terephthalate (Recycled PET) is a fairly hard and transparent plastic with a glossy surface. R-PET has a very good water and oxygen barrier and is very crack and fall resistant. R-PET is therefore often used for bottles containing fizzy drinks. R-PET is well resistant to alcohol and essential oils and generally also resistant to a broad spectrum of chemicals. R-PET is not suitable for strongly acid and alkaline products. Suitable for food. Heat resistant up to around 60ºC. Material density (gr/cm³): 1.36
